In this solo episode I share what happened a few days ago when someone I trust pushed back on something that truly mattered to me. Years ago I would have gone rigid and defended myself for days. This time I stayed still, and saw it for what it was: just their view.
We look at why someone else’s opinion lands as a verdict in the first place. Not because you’re weak, but because you hadn’t fully remembered who you are yet. And I share the simplest question I’ve found for any decision, any relationship, any moment that feels off:
Do I feel half-spirited or full-spirited here?
