In this 4 part episode Roman and Donald went on a field trip!We spent the week in New Orleans with the incredible team from CoolAutomation at their Cool Masters training event and were graciously given the opportunity to talk to some of the brightest and best in the VRF industry. In the final installment of this series Roman and Donald are honored to sit down with Ben Shipley the VP of North American sales, and Roy Muchtar the EVP of products, to bring it full circle. Incredinly refreshing to sit down with a manufacture that has their finger on the pulse of what their customers need and wants are, and deliver a product that hits it out of the park. We are at VRFTTP, are so thankful for the CoolAutomation team for giving us the opportunity to talk to their customers and them and we look forward to seeing what the future holds.https://coolautomation.com/
