Delaney Nolin (she/her) is a para track & field athlete, T35 800m world record holder, multi-time U.S. champion, and Occidental College Hall of Fame inductee based in Los Angeles.
We talk about competing at the first-ever combined USATF + Para Track & Field national championships in Oregon, what visibility in sport can look like, and what it takes to train at the highest level.
Delaney also shares how she found her way into para , her experience training at the Olympic & Paralympic Training Center in Chula Vista, and the reality of balancing elite training, injury, funding gaps, and the long road toward LA 2028.
