In this episode of Choosing Joy, Jodi Lynn Turpin talks about breath as a way back to yourself.
Breath is not only what keeps us alive. It is movement, energy, stillness, and remembrance. Jodi shares how breath can help calm the body, soften reactivity, and reconnect you to joy. She walks through the phases of breath, noticing, pausing, and returning, and gently guides you through a simple 4-4-6-2 breathing practice you can come back to anytime you feel disconnected, overwhelmed, anxious, or in need of peace.
This episode is a reminder that joy is not somewhere outside of you. It lives within you, and sometimes breath is the bridge that brings you back.
In this episode:
- breath as a bridge back to joy
- the stillness between inhale and exhale
- how breath helps calm the nervous system
- a guided 4-4-6-2 breath practice
- reconnecting to your Inner Eden through intention and presence
