Our first episode of Perspectives features a poignant conversation with Francesca Colussi, a veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces and Royal Canadian Navy, as well as a multi-sport athlete at the 2025 Invictus Games in Vancouver and Whistler.
In an interview with Cindy Dalglish, co-chair of our PossAbilities employee resource group, Francesca talks about her military career, including how she had to hide her sexual identity to avoid discrimination and protect her job.
