Marques Ogden joins us for one of the most heartfelt and revealing conversations we’ve had on The JustIn Time Podcast. A former NFL offensive lineman, Howard University standout, and the younger brother of Hall of Famer Jonathan Ogden, Marques takes us inside a life shaped by discipline, adversity, family pride, and second chances. We get into what it was really like growing up around the early Baltimore Ravens, learning from his brother, and eventually earning his own shot in the NFL. We also hear the deeper story that makes this episode hit so hard: a single father who raised two sons to become NFL linemen, the family members who sacrificed to keep their dreams alive, and the painful rock bottom moment that forced Marques to rebuild his life from scratch. This is a conversation about football, legacy, leadership, addiction, identity, and the power of doing things the right way. Listen all the way through, then subscribe and share this one with someone who loves sports stories that actually mean something.
