This year, Mental Health Awareness Week focuses on ‘community’ – something that’s vital for good mental health, especially in high-pressure environments such as law firms.
In this episode, I’m joined by Patrick Melville from Melville Mental Solutions (MMS) to explore how law firms can build stronger communities that support wellbeing and good mental health.
Patrick is an ex-marketer and recently had his own wellbeing trauma. He re-trained to be a mental health expert and is now focused on being the catalyst to empower anyone’s mental health through his mental health programmes, including with MHFA England.
He is also a LawNet preferred supplier and brings a unique insight into mental health through his own experiences and expertise in the industry.
