A passionate advocate for mentorship and diversity in aviation, she coaches aspiring pilots and serves as an Aviate Coach for United’s pilot pipeline. She’s also a TEDx speaker, author of Finding Amelia, and recognized as United’s 2023 First Officer of the Year in Denver. Lynsey’s leadership style is rooted in authenticity, service, and courage—values she brings into every cockpit, classroom, and coaching session.
