At Boston Debate League, coaching is the thread that runs through everything we do — from After-School Debate to Resolved to Debate-Inspired Classrooms. Coaches don’t just teach skills like critical thinking, communication, and collaboration. They unlock agency and transform learning environments. In this episode, we explore what we call The Coach Effect.
