Crystal discusses her vision for helping the DSC become an even stronger voice on the technology issues facing government. With member companies working across federal, state, and local government, the coalition has an opportunity to bring an experienced, technology-agnostic perspective to conversations around AI policy and governance, outcome-based procurement, agile development, budgeting, and modernization.

The goal? Move beyond talking about agile and modernization and help government make them real—from procurement and budgeting to program execution and citizen-facing services.
