What do organisations need to do to become more inclusive in the way they govern? In this episode, Bernadette Curryer is joined by Side By Side Advocacy’s Michelle Donelly (Board Chair) and Kim Roots (Executive Officer). They were involved in the creation of an Inclusive Governance Action Plan, based on the 5 Principles of inclusive governance explained in episode 2. We’ll hear about the changes this has brought to the organisation.
