Debuting in 2004 under the name Community at Work, it was KRFC's longest-running on-0air public affairs show. As an on-air program, it earned 3 awards of Excellence from the Colorado Broadcasters Association. In 2024, the show transitioned from an on-air once a week to an on demand format at www.krfcfm.org.In 2025 a new podcast was born... Communities that Work.
