Trish shares her shift from four decades in administrative and executive support to launching Blank Slate Enterprises in February 2020, pivoting during COVID to online administrative work, and evolving into speaking and facilitation rooted in her belief that aging shouldn’t limit what’s possible. She explains Ageless Thriving’s four pillars—clarity, confidence, choices, and connections—delivered through small in-person workshops with workbooks, plus a free Facebook group, Ageless Thriving Connections, with monthly Lower Mainland meetups.
