Our last MindScoop flavor of the season features protein powder to help our neurodivergent ice cream fans get into fitness and outdoor recreation for the start of summer!
Joining us this episode is graduating Landmark student, Claudia Sherman who is on the athletic advisory board, Lanmark running team, and co-founder of CWAGletics to help reduce barriers for female-identifying and non-binary students by holding exclusive weekly fitness programs for ”fems and thems”.
For this episode, we talk about our experiences with fitness as well as challenges and barriers related to neurodiversity and gender identity. Though this flavor primarily focuses on the female perspective, TK is still here to give his perspective on fitness as a neurodivergent male, so this flavor is for all genders!
We hope to be back with plenty of food for thought with Season 4!
