The equestrian world is going through a shift. Social media can be a toxic place and the debates between equestrian training, husbandry and tack is at an all time high. Let’s begin figuring out how we can use these modern times to discuss and create a larger, more effective and inclusive equine industry instead of tearing each other apart and deterring newcomers. In this episode I take lessons from the following books; Supercommunicators by: Charles Duhigg and How to Win Friends and Influence People by: Dale Carnegie. I cover how we can communicate properly, not offend the other party and gain respect and likeability.
