How does it feel when the choices that help you stay fit are also the ones you actually enjoy?
In this client interview episode of Truth Talks, we sit down with Em to break down how focusing on happiness, flexibility, and sustainability changed her relationship with food, training, and her body.
As a wife, mom of four, and business owner, Em shares how finding the right coaching approach helped her move away from restriction and build a way of living she could maintain long term.
Em had already achieved significant weight loss and had competed in the Radical Body Transformations event in 2025. But there were still parts of her journey she still wasn't satisfied with. So we teamed up to make some key shifts and return to the RBT stage in 2026 with a whole new outlook.
We also explore how these shifts impacted her body composition over the past year, and what it looks like to make progress without guilt, burnout, or rigid rules.
If you’ve ever felt like fitness only works when it comes with restriction or unhappiness, this conversation offers a different perspective on what happens when the process finally fits your life.
