Brian Butler, Founder and Owner of Butler Concepts LLC
Brian, the proprietor of Butlers Tinting in Corsicana, TX (https://www.facebook.com/butlerstinting/), had the idea for THE FAJITA BUTLER serving platter for many years. By the time he made a visit in Wei Wei’s office over ten years ago, he had already built two prototypes. Wei Wei immediately recognized the genius behind Brian’s idea, and over the next several years, helped Brian obtain utility and design patents and trademark registration that form the intellectual property foundation for Butler Concepts LLC. THE FAJITA BUTLER serving platter is now used in many restaurants and country clubs nationwide for presenting fajitas and other types of food in an aesthetic way that conserves tabletop space.
