Chris and Matt sit down with Olympian steeplechaser Cara Feain-Ryan. Cara won a gold medal at the World University Games in China, is a 2x National champion and is ranked 5th Australian all time. Cara is currently in Font- Romeu on a training camp while she prepares for a few races in Europe.
Matt, Chris and Jordan catch up for episode 56 and cover their trainings weeks. This includes a big week on the bike, some achilles issues and a big marathon workout.
