She shares her experience of what transformational servant leadership actually looks like in practice.
We also talk about presence as a word, a practice, and a way of being, the courage it takes to experiment when you cannot predict the outcome, and why sometimes the impact you are having is the one you will never get to see.
Lee also closes the episode with a beautiful original poem that stopped us both in our tracks.
Lee is married to Mark, they are parents of 3 fantastic and creative adult children, she is a poet, and her brand spanking new role is Manager of International Leadership Development at Hungry For Life International. HFL is a Canadian Christian charity doing transformational relief & development internationally in 15 countries.
