With over 20 years in the kitchen and the classroom, Georgie trained at Leiths School of Food and Wine, graduating in 2006 and going on to teach there as a senior teacher for more than 12 years. She has also taught at James Martin's cookery school at Chewton Glen and spent time in the Indian Himalayas helping establish kitchens for some of Relais & Châteaux's top retreats.
For the past 14 years she has worked closely with nutritional therapists, and sees cooking as one of the most empowering tools for self-care. She is passionate about the energy of food and the magic of passing that love on.
