A certified TRE® Provider, Conscious Connected Breathwork Practitioner, and Oxygen Advantage® Instructor, she supports people through stress, burnout, trauma, chronic pain, and performan goals with evidence-based, body-centred tools.
Drawing on professional training and her own lived experience of grief, trauma, and IVF, Nina offers compassionate, practical sessions online and in person — helping clients and organisations build safety, resilience, and ease.
