Ami Iceman joined Michigan State University Federal Credit (MSUFCU) in 2019 where she serves as Chief Experience Officer. A committed mentor, Iceman oversees over 115 employees across the Digital Experience, User Experience, eServices, Marketing, and Research Departments. She leads her teams through the rapidly changing digital landscape forming critical alignments with the Innovation and Digital Service teams. Iceman thrives on finding creative ways to move concepts to reality resulting in an enhanced member experience across all digital channels. Through her leadership, she has helped MSUFCU surpass $8 Billion in assets and serve over 386,000 members.
