Today, when I look at my life, it’s almost unrecognizable compared to where I once was. I was that woman for years. Always productive. Always dependable. As was my story, I find that a lot of us are living two lives. We have some beliefs that are not serving us. Some of those beliefs were built into us through past experiences and people, and then we create experiences from those beliefs. The experiences confirm the beliefs and the pattern continues even though we do not realize. My coaching is all about making habit change at the level of identity!
