“Hi everyone, and welcome back to Conversations Sin Miedo.
In this episode, I’m opening up about something many of us grew up around but rarely talk about: hoarding, clutter, and scarcity in first-generation homes.
We explore how behaviors like saving every item ‘just in case,’ holding onto clothes we never wear, or feeling anxious about wasting food — all come from a place of survival. But they also impact our mental health in ways we might not realize.
I share how these habits can lead to stress, guilt, separation anxiety, and why it’s so hard to let go — especially when we’re trying to honor our parents’ sacrifices.
This episode is about compassion, cultural awareness, and healing — without shame.
🎧 Tune in now on Spotify or YouTube and let’s keep breaking these cycles sin miedo. 💛”
