Today’s episode was SO eye-opening to me! I was honored to interview Trinity Sprik, who beautifully and vulnerably shares her testimony regarding technology. As you’ll hear in the episode, social media morphed from a fun, creative outlet for her to a source of truth in her early days of being a new mom. Through a tragic time with a loved one, Trinity’s eyes were opened to the fact that she’d become a little too dependent upon social media. After a four-month fast, she re-entered the online space with intentionality and a passion to help others live free from technology dependence.
