What comes to mind when you hear “morning routine”? You may be thinking “I don’t have one of those” or at least “I don’t have TIME for one of those.” I’m guessing you fall somewhere between sleeping as late as possible and eating a granola bar in the car AND waking up at 5am, working out, reading your Bible, and cooking a gourmet breakfast…and you might even be either of those people, depending on the day! But what if our morning routines could be simple, sustainable, and crafted in such a way to offer deep connection with God?
In today’s conversation, I had the honor of discussing Jennifer Dukes Lee’s latest book How to Love Your Morning, and it was such a joy! Jennifer presents a compelling argument as to why EVERYONE is a morning person, offers support on finding your morning archetype (there’s also a quiz here!), and leads you to build a personalized morning routine that will help you set the tone for your day, which she believes will set the tone for your life, and lead you to more of an awareness of God’s presence.
If you’ve ever wondered…
How to handle chaotic, back-to-school mornings
What the Bible says about mornings
What a “quiet time” is and if it matters
If waking up before sunrise is necessary for the Christian woman
How to redeem the day when your morning has been hard
Then this episode is for you!!

As always, thank you so much for listening! I’m so grateful that you’re joining me on this journey of pursuing Christ and finding freedom in Him.
