Welcome to the first Pluto Podcast. In this, our first episode, Dave Corbett speaks to entreprenuer, Doug Scott. Co-founder, Co-owner and President of Movement, a recuiting firm headquartered in Clarkston, Michigan. A very nice little city, btw, and just the beginning of the company’s spread across the country.
We don’t speak too much about recuiting as I was interested in eveything around how he started the company, why he started the company, and what roadblocks and challenges confronted this new startup. Three guys turned into 60. There’s a story there.
We cover the startup process: Company name, website, employees, partners, culture and the plan forward.
