Pete has more than two decades of experience across workforce strategy, leadership, organizational transformation, and human capital consulting. Before joining PwC, he was a partner at Accenture and previously served as an officer in the Royal Air Force. Throughout his career, he has worked with organizations around the world to help leaders build capability, improve performance, and prepare their workforces for change.
Pete has been recognized by The Consulting Report as one of the Top 25 Human Capital Consultants and Leaders for four consecutive years.
