In this episode, we speak with Joseph Esteves, Chief Executive Officer of Maine Pointe. Joseph leads the firm’s efforts to help companies improve operational performance, with a particular focus on supply chain efficiency and profitability. He has spent more than 17 years advising private equity firms and corporate executives on complex operational challenges, including major turnaround and value creation initiatives.
Joseph joined Maine Pointe in 2013 as an analyst and worked his way through the firm’s consulting ranks, eventually leading its private equity practice before becoming CEO in 2024. Since taking the helm, he has overseen Maine Pointe’s return to independent ownership and introduced a greater emphasis on AI, including changes to how the firm conducts analysis and delivers results for clients.
Joseph was recognized by The Consulting Report as one of the Top 25 Consulting Firm CEOs in both 2024 and 2025.
