Lui joined Brooks International in 1984 as an apprentice consultant under founder Robert Lull. Over more than four decades with the firm, he has led engagements across North America and Europe spanning supply chain, logistics, sales force effectiveness, post-merger integration, asset utilization, and profitability improvement. In 1999, he led the successful effort to return Brooks International to private ownership and has since overseen the firm’s global growth.
