Episode 4 – Kat Farmer
Guest: @doesmybumlook40
Host: @lizfraser1
My guest this week is writer, broadcaster, fashion stylist, mother of three and absolute TOUR DE FORCE, Kat Farmer.
You may know her from her work on ITV’s This Morning, her podcast “Got The Podcast”, her live wine times, and her social media handle @doesmybumlook40.
As with all of my guests in Series 1, Kat was a source of much strength and help to me in a difficult time in my life, through her social media posts and ballsy, positive attitude, and this recording was the very first time we had spoken to each other in real life.
And WHAT a blast it was.
Kat’s directness and honestly is something I LOVE, but if you think you know her then be prepared to meet a very different side to the Kat we see on the little squares, and to learn much more about this amazing woman, what she’s been through and her no-f*cks-given attitude to many things in life.
From mental breakdown to menopause, fashion to first dates wearing an HRT patch (OH YES), trolling to acceptance, our conversation covers MANY things – and it’s fair to say the edit was….challenging!
Go follow Kat here, buy her book “Get Changed” and thank you for listening!
You are wonderful, and see you on the next episode What Doesn’t Kill You x
