Breaking down the barriers movement in Postpartum and taking her understanding of loneliness and accessibility from her own Motherhood journey to support all Mum’s in our community.
She talks on her journey into and through sport (and not being pigeon-holed into one sport), the challenges small sports face on the big stage, what Motherhood has looked like for her, especially with a strong identity of herself in sport & what starting a Charity from scratch has been like so far.
