The Carlitos Show
The Carlitos Show
Podcast Description
A Podcast for self-discovery and deep awareness.
After building startups, an unexpected autoimmune condition made me question my identity.
Yoga, meditation, and Eastern philosophies helped me reconnect and create "The Carlitos Show".
A space where I have deep conversations with fearless individuals who have embarked on a hero's journey to know themselves, and are now living more present and fulfilling lives.
In a world where people doubt and worry about life, I want to inspire them to trust and embrace its uncertainties as an adventure toward authenticity, awareness, and self-realization.
Podcast Insights
Content Themes
The podcast explores themes of personal transformation, mindfulness, and the quest for authenticity, featuring episodes like CEO SUCCESSION with Evgeny Shadchnev, which delves into the founder's journey to redefine his work-life balance, and A LIFE OF SURRENDER with Carlo Alberto Gaetaniello, discussing the embrace of a philosophy that promotes aligning with the universe and trusting life's flow.

“Only the authentic life is the one worth living.”
I believe the most inspiring people are those who have dared to know themselves, who faced the uncertainty of self-discovery, and still chose to embark on that journey.
And today, what they do in the outer world is a reflection of who they are within.
It’s beautiful to witness.
Because when people fully allow themselves to be authentic, something magical happens.
They begin to shine, and that energy naturally spreads to everything around them.
So… May this podcast be a mirror for you:
a space to find, listen, and express your true self.
Caterina Lurani is a coach and startup investor whose unique approach bridges the outer world of business strategy with the inner world of personal awareness and growth.
With a mix of experience and intuition, Caterina helps founders uncover what’s unconsciously holding them back, take action, and transform not only their companies, but also themselves as individuals.
Caterina has a diverse background as a university researcher, startup operator, and venture capitalist. She’s also a rock-climbing guide and sailing instructor.
In today’s episode we discuss:
🔹 Expectations and identity attachment
🔹 How our stories can hold us back
🔹 Balance between full agency and detachment
🔹 Reframing authority
🔹 And so much more!
