Ralford Mullings is a red shirt senior and the 2025 NCAA Champion in men’s discus. Some of his accomplishments include:

– Jamaican national Record Holder

– NCAA meet Record holder

– Olympic Finalist

– went to 2025 world championships in Tokyo

– 2025 Brussels diamond league champion

– 4 time all American

Maggie (Bookout) Mullings is a red shirt sophomore. She was born and raised in Oklahoma, was Gatorade player of the year and top 2 in the nation in my class out of highschool. She had a good freshman year at OU last season, but is ready to really show what she has this year.

Maggie comes from #OUdna-her father Casey Bookout holds the home run record at OU and her mom Danielle played Volleyball at OU!

Although Maggie has been a Sooner fan her whole life, Ralford didn’t became a fan until he came to college at OU.

Maggie’s favorite sooner memory is when her Dad worked at OU, she would come to work with him sometimes and those were some of my favorite memories; also watching Ralford win NCAA’s last summer! Ralford’s favorite Sooner memory is winning NCAAs.
