Courageously Independent

Courageously Independent
Podcast Description
For women in their 40s, 50s and beyond looking to thrive in a solo lifestyle. According to the US census, 44% of women over 40 are single, and of those women, 71% have no interest in a relationship (PEW Research). Single after 40 isn’t a sad circumstance or an unfortunate situation, it’s a choice. And more and more women are making it! Join me as we talk about thriving through challenges, change, finding happiness on our own, building confidence, redefining "success", self love, living alone, trusting yourself, tapping into your own innate wisdom, cultivating a relationship with the most important person in your life - 'you', and stepping into your power for a life that feels true, empowering, and deeply satisfying to YOU.Each episode I talk with REAL women who aren’t perfect (we don’t pretend here), but who have courageously embraced their independence in powerful ways and are inspiring others (like me) to do the same. Join the community, join the conversation, join the movement towards being your own source of happiness and creating a life uniquely aligned to YOU. Courageouslyindependent.com
