Sovereign Tea Time
Podcast Description
Welcome to Sovereign Tea Time.
Join me, Hannah-Rose as I sit in circle with women, sharing our stories of freebirth, motherhood and relationships, from the lens of radical self responsibility: choosing bliss and ease over victimhood and struggle.
I want to know how women are claiming sovereignty, manifesting their dream lives, and thriving in todays world. We spill the tea on our tools, practices, struggles, and triumphs.
We create it all
We choose it all
We can have it all
I am here for the women who might feel a little lost, because I have been there too! Let's redesign together!

In this episode we share the birth story of our third baby. This is the final episode in our 3-part Journey to Luna-Rose series, where we talk about our experience preparing for and having a positive home birth. This pregnancy and birth were deeply intentional for our family.
We recap our previous births, talk about our beliefs around physiological birth, and share why we chose an unassisted home birth for baby #3. Then we walk you through the full story of Luna-Rose’s arrival — including labor, our water birth, pushing, and the first moments after she was born. This was a powerful unmedicated birth story and a reminder of how incredible the birthing body can be when given space, trust, and support. If you’re interested in natural birth, homebirth, freebirth, or unmedicated birth stories, we hope this story encourages you and gives you a glimpse into what birth can look like outside the hospital setting.
