For our second Uncommon Pod, Sergio is joined by:
● Thomas, a Belgian who speaks six languages, has lived everywhere from Guatemala to Thailand, and owns a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy in Malta, his current home
● Shruthi, an Indian-American AI ethics expert who’s lived in Norway and the UK and has most recently worked for a political campaign and a food rescue nonprofit
● Alexa, a Canadian from Alberta’s National Parks region who’s traveled throughout Latin America for four years and now lives in Costa Rica teaching English
The Pod was recorded from four different countries (!), so members had great takes on the travel bug and how to best learn a language, but there were also insightful perspectives shared on digital marketing and the ethics of Artificial Intelligence.
