In this episode, you’ll hear our conversation with Mac Lake, Founder and CEO of Multiply Group and who is a 30+ year ministry and leadership veteran.
Mac is passionate about discipling leaders; he has served as a church planter, leadership development pastor at Seacoast Church, and is the author of the Discipling Leaders series (including The Multiplication Effect and Super Multiplier).
Through coaching, training, and writing, Mac helps churches and organisations build intentional leadership pipelines that scale growth.
We talked about building a culture of leadership development. It was great to hear Mac share some of his journey and how, when the church was growing rapidly, he recognised he didn’t have a leadership problem but rather a leadership development problem
We also talked about his study of the gospels to understand how Jesus developed leaders, and how to become a super-multiplier leader.
