In this podcast, I invite thinkers and doers from all walks of life to share their insights and stories. Join me as we try to sort out some of our collective confusion with open-mindedness and curiosity.
Sharon Rolph is a behavioral scientist, retirement coach, and author. She holds a master’s degree in behavioral science from the City University of Seattle, and worked at Boing for many years as an employee involvement facilitator where she helped bring out the collective potential and wisdom of her teams. Upon entering retirement in 2016, she suddenly found herself bouncing off the walls trying to figure out how to find meaning in her new environment. Drawing on her background as a behavioral scientist, Sharon decided to focus this energy into a mission devoted to helping others discover their own inner spark.
Today, Sharon specializes in guiding newly retired individuals through the confusion of what comes next and into an energized way of life. She focuses on replacing feelings of frustration, invisibility, and disengagement with true self-awareness. Her passion lies in helping people tap into their intrinsic motivation, find meaning, and feel confident about who they truly are.
