Dr. Benjamin Ritter is an executive coach, organizational leadership expert, speaker, and author. With a PhD in organizational leadership and more than a decade of coaching and development experience, he has supported leaders at Google, Amazon, Coursera, DoorDash, and Northwestern, among others. He’s recently published a book titled “Becoming Fearless”, where he provides digestible perspectives to developing courage and overcoming fear. The book’s framework encompasses all aspects of life, from mindset and purpose, to personal relationships, to leadership and practical career strategies.
