Join me as we try to sort out some of our collective confusion with open-mindedness and curiosity.
Dane Wagner an organizational psychologist, serial entrepreneur, and speaker. He works with venture capitalists and entrepreneurs to help them improve individual, team, and organizational performance. With over a decade of experience in data analytics and user experience research, he has contributed to industry understanding on topics such as loss prevention, behavior modification, employee satisfaction and designs for neuro-divergency. He’s also an active adjunct faculty at Florida International University giving lectures and workshops on topics such as personnel selection, research methods, psychometrics, and the psychology of entrepreneurship.
