Click Clack
Podcast Description
We're here to shine another light on the growth in women's sports and celebrate the many dimensions of women playing the game... and by game, we mean the game of life. We don't want to be put in a bucket (even though we like making them!) and want to be seen for more than what we do... what we do is just a fraction of who we are. Join your host, Lauren Duletzke, an everyday gal and fan, and sport contributor, Jacki Gemelos, former WNBA player coach, and sports agent, as we elevate the untold stories of people making an impact at the intersection of woman's sport, business, and culture.

Reflecting on our journey through season one of the Click Clack Podcast feels like looking back at a whirlwind of passion, growth, and laughter. It all started with some clumsy introductions and brainstorming sessions over tacos at Matador in Portland, OR, where we dreamt of creating a platform to help more everyday women fall in love with women's sports. Our mission-oriented brand has blossomed thanks to our incredible team, and the chemistry and shared laughter have been our secret sauce. As we close out this chapter, we're beaming with pride at the growth of women’s sports in the media and grateful to everyone who shared this first leg of the journey with us.
It’s been a rollercoaster of self-discovery, especially navigating the world of online interactions. There’s empowerment in embracing authenticity, and we’ve been learning to handle both the praise and the negativity. Breaking stereotypes and encouraging others to express their true selves has been more rewarding than we ever imagined. Together, we’ve learned the importance of listening and valuing the unique contributions each of us brings to this partnership. And let’s not forget the unexpected highlights—like building a dedicated team and engaging with inspiring guests, including the CEO of barre3, Sadie Lincoln, who shared invaluable insights on our platform.
Behind the scenes, it hasn’t all been smooth sailing, but every hiccup has come with its own lessons and laughter. From memorable wardrobe malfunctions to giggle-worthy seating arrangements during interviews, these moments have kept us humble. We’ve tackled high-contact sports, women’s health, and career transitions, threading our passion into each discussion. As we savor our progress, we’re excited about future episodes that promise compelling stories of resilience and innovation in women’s sports. And a big shoutout to our wonderful listeners and team—your support means the world to us. Here’s to more adventures, more laughs, and more empowering conversations in the seasons to come.
