On today’s episode I’m joined by the beautiful Hetti Fox for a very honest and expansive conversation about what it really takes to rebuild your life from the inside out.
Hetti shares her journey through anorexia, bulimia, binge eating & imposter syndrome – the moments that broke her open, the patterns she had to confront, and the identity she eventually outgrew. What unfolds is a powerful story of resilience, self-awareness and the courage to choose yourself, even when it means walking away from what feels familiar.
In this conversation, we chat about:
- the role energetics play in our everyday lives, without us even realising
- understanding our unique human design and the validation it gives us
- how being curious over judgemental can help to reframe negative beliefs
- the societal pressure we feel as women to look a certain way
- how we learn at such a young age, through generational patterns, that our body is a problem
- the unrealistic standards set by celebrity & influencer culture
- the effects of suffering from eating disorders
- the pain we carry as adults from the bullying we suffered as children
- finding purpose in your own personal pain
- how weight loss is not just about shedding kilos, but peeling back the emotional layers that have kept you stuck
- the shame we can feel as women for eating something that's not deemed ”healthy” or viral-worthy
Plus so so much more! This was definitely a conversation that really hit home for me, as someone who has battled weight my entire life, and was severely bullied for it in those young developmental years. I don't think we realise the scars that remain hidden until you start talking about it and feel the resurfacing of old childhood wounds.
Hetti speaks with so much grounded wisdom – not from theory, but from lived experience. This is a conversation about reclaiming your power, rewriting your story, and allowing life’s pivotal moments to shape you rather than shrink you.
If you’ve ever felt the pull toward something more but didn’t know how to trust it, this episode is for you.
