Coach Reid put on an injury prevention/working out with injuries clinic this past weekend for our members at Formidable Strength and Conditioning.
This is something he is so passionate about helping people with. Not just the physical pain, but giving them tools to help heal themselves and understand themselves better. Lots of dealing with injuries and pain, is mind set and how we think about how selves and how we related to our injuries or pain.
Today’s podcast is all about the mindsets and mental frameworks that will allow us to thrive. These things work for injuries in the gym but also apply to so many other aspects of our lives.
