My name is Erik Alcantar! I'm a realtor in San Jose, CA that has done business up and down the Bay Area. I've gone as far north as Sacramento and as south as Hollister. I'm hoping to help all new or experienced agents and even learn from some during my interviews and expanding on what I know. I've been in the industry going on 3 years now and have had great success and hope I can help newer agents like myself get passed some of the growing pains and hurdles many of us experience. I will talk about my experiences, along with other experiences and interview other agents that have been in the industry far longer than myself to understand how they've built their business. I always like to hear what business pillars, marketing strategies, and changes they've made to enhance their business throughout the years. I look forward to helping you, myself and anyone looking to gain insight in this very difficult industry that is built of one common word "CONSISTENCY."

In this episode, I start to talk a little bit about my goals from last year and how I ended the year as well as creating goals for the year 2025! I try to be as transparent as possible when it comes to what my goals mean and where that puts you in income for the year.
I also talk about how team numbers and individual numbers differ. Lastly, I speak on my prediction for the year and what that is going to look like for buyers, sellers, and interest rates. I've also reflected back on the past year and the waves of emotions we felt as interest rates were suppose to drop by never did!
