Today, I had the pleasure of having Jeff Hoehn, an online coach that helps busy professionals over the age of 30 with body composition, building muscle and improve long term health. Jeff has over a decade of experience with helping men and women build muscle, drop fat and overall help people feel great! Jeff has his master's degree in human performance, Nutrition, Functional Nutrition and metabolism specialist. He is also a Certified strength and conditioning coach. Jeff also has a podcast called The Mind Muscle Connection.
