In this episode, Mackenzie Emily, a 17-year-old high school student, shares her experience on a medical mission trip to Kenya. She describes how God opened doors for her to go on this trip despite age restrictions, and how she was pushed out of her comfort zone working in triage despite having no medical experience. Through this experience, Mackenzie gained a profound sense of humility and gratitude for the resources and privileges available in the United States, while witnessing God’s faithfulness in providing what she needed to serve others effectively.
