Bongani Nombamba known as Bourer The Funk joins the MaxNote roster with an EP titled “Happiness Paradox” set to drop this Friday, 11th October 2024. This EP is presented by The Deep House Space as part of their partnership with MaxNote.
“The songs came by because of someone, coming from Happiness (Her actual name) every song I made it because of her, it’s a heartbreak EP actually.” – Bourer The Funk
Bourer The Funk’s music career began in 2004 as a DJ playing at local house parties and clubs in Clubview, King Williams Town. In 2006, Bourer The Funk got into the world of music production. In 2008, his career saw higher heights as his first track “Lovely Power” was discovered and promoted by Diamond Dealer, which ultimately got playlisted on BBC 1Xtra.
Fast forward to 2024, Bourer The Funk released “Love & Trust” with The Deep House Space’s compilation titled “The Love Pack.”
