Robyn Gaillard is a mind-body connection wellness educator & clinician. She is a passionate advocate for holistic wellness and the body’s ability to heal. She has a monthly radio show that airs on the News for the Soul Network. Robyn's client sessions and workshops encourage wellness and oneness through the lens of the nervous system, circadian & cellular health, and understanding how our physical and energetic body systems rewire and heal. Her own, personal and pivotal experiences include healing a marathon training injury while running the race, understanding the "why" behind a skin cancer diagnosis, and holistically healing a thyroid dis-ease. Principles of circadian biology, looking to nature, and deep diving into mitochondrial health allowed Robyn to achieve wholeness, wellness, and a deep appreciation for life's ups and downs.The Earth’s electromagnetic field has subtle and powerful effects on cellular function and the autonomic nervous system. We are moving through an evolutionary phase where we are now better understanding this valuable piece of awareness for cellular & circadian health, brain rewiring, and DNA expression. Neutrality and attunement are keys to healing and renewing the brain and the body.Robyn loved the creative arts growing up and earned a BFA in Theater as an undergraduate. She went on to be an elementary educator for twelve years after earning a Masters Degree in Education & Creative Arts in Learning. She’s been a student of yoga for 20+ years and a Registered Yoga Teacher for 12+ years. Robyn is a certified Reiki Practitioner. She is also a certified HeartMath and Applied Quantum Biology Practitioner. In addition, Robyn is trained in and implements Blomberg’s rhythmic movement to integrate active reflexes and improve brain function. Her CARE approach to healing arts emphasizes heart-brain coherence, physiological and spiritual alignment, resilience and embodiment. ”Back in 2010, I was a mess—unfit, overweight, anxious, depressed, addicted, and sleep-deprived.
I battled severe allergies and autoimmune issues. I struggled with brain fog and couldn’t focus during my most critical school years.
My doctor told me my problems were genetic and that medication, dieting and exercise were my only hope.
I never believed that and although I felt hopeless, I began my search for the real answers.
The first decade of that journey was lonely, confusing and expensive. I earned a degree in Psychology, followed by a Master's in Nutrition.
I counted calories, exercised more and saw (very expensive) therapists. I experienced some periods of relief, but they never truly lasted.
The turning point came when I discovered circadian biology and learned how to use light as medicine.
I discovered the real root of my struggles—severe circadian rhythm disruption caused by constant artificial light, screen addiction and a deep disconnection from sunlight and nature.
No more expensive routines or gimmicks—just simple daily shifts to my light environment.
That changed everything.
Within a week, I felt better. Within a month, I felt transformed. After a year, I was unrecognisable—happy, healthy, focused and finally able to thrive.
For the past seven years, I’ve coached and educated hundreds of families on these topics because these were the missing pieces that changed my life forever.
Looking back, I can see how every challenge shaped me into the teacher I am today—perfectly equipped to support other young people and their families to navigate the challenges of staying healthy in the modern world.
