John Buthorn is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, retired NYPD sergeant, licensed social worker, and performance coach whose career spans military service, law enforcement, and behavioral health.
As the founder of Center Fidelis, John developed the Pressure Drift Framework to examine how sustained pressure influences decision-making, relationships, attention, and performance. His coaching helps individuals with significant personal and professional responsibilities develop sustainable strategies for performing under pressure.
