In this special World Menopause Day conversation, IMS President Prof. Rossella Nappi joins Dr. Marla Shapiro to explore the theme of Lifestyle Medicine in Menopausal Health. Together they discuss six key areas that support women’s wellbeing during menopause – healthy eating, physical activity, restorative sleep, mental and emotional wellbeing, avoidance of risky substances, and supportive relationships.
Pof. Nappi highlights practical, evidence-based strategies to help women take an active role in their health and reminds clinicians that lifestyle medicine is an essential part of every menopause toolkit.
