Welcome to Siempre Fullerton College, our podcast celebrating the inspiring journeys and achievements of our alumni. Siempre, meaning “Always” in Spanish, reflects our lifelong commitment to our community and our mission to be the first choice for students. Today, we’re honored to feature Nick Nicholas, a police captain, educator, and Fullerton College alumnus whose path from student to public safety leader exemplifies purpose-driven leadership.
Nick began his journey at Fullerton College, where he built the foundation that led him through the police academy, advanced education, and into executive leadership in law enforcement. Now recognized internationally as an International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) 40 Under 40 honoree for his innovation, service, and commitment to community trust, Nick continues to lead with education at the center. Join us as we explore how starting as a student shaped his approach to leadership, service, and giving back.
