He received a B.S in Chemistry (Magna Cum laude) from Norfolk State University, earned his doctorate degree with distinction from Eastern Virginia Medical School, and completed his residency training at Portsmouth Family Medicine Residency, Eastern Virginia Graduate School of Medicine.
Though he’s from Virginia, Brown has lived and worked in South Carolina for nearly three decades and is renowned for his dedication to providing healthcare in rural areas.
