You don’t need a prestigious title to have a powerful story to tell.
Welcome to No Title Needed, the weekly podcast where we strip away the resumes and focus on the human experience. Every week, we sit down with a new guest to explore their journey from childhood to where they are today–the wins, the losses, and the messy middles in between.
Whether you’re a high-powered executive, a stay-at-home parent, an artists, or still figuring it all out, there’s no title needed at our table.
This week on No Title Needed, Cindy and Scott sit down with Fred Glass, President and CEO of Gleaners Food Bank!
Fred spends his days combating food insecurity across Indiana—a mission that started in childhood. Watching his father ”live the gospel” by feeding those in need from their downtown Indianapolis family bar laid a firm foundation for Fred’s lifelong values. 🍞🥩
Between that neighborhood bar and Gleaners, Fred’s path took some incredible turns. Along the way, he earned a law degree, led high-profile negotiations with the Colts and the NCAA 🏀, and served as Vice President and Athletic Director at Indiana University. 🏈
