Hi, I’m Krutika and today’s conversation is with Diren.
When we think about the modern man, we envision someone embodying confidence, and charm.
And whilst beauty standards are often thrust upon women. Let’s not forget that Men face it too. Maybe just not as overtly.
In this conversation we unpack Diren’s journey with accepting appearances. Having battled Topical Steroid Withdrawal over several years, he candidly reveals the struggles and hard work it took to confront his inner demons.
From challenges with dating and intimacy, to breaking up with his ex and recognising that he has to learn to love himself before he can open himself to others.
This conversation is a reminder that often the answers we seek can be found deep within us. We simply have to have the patience to look.
